Explore the Enneagram as a powerful framework for understanding your motivations, patterns, and growth path. Choose from a 2‑hour introductory session, a deeper one‑on‑one dive, or a half‑day or full‑day workshop for your team.

Step 1:
Schedule a free discovery call
In a twenty-minute introductory call, you and I will talk about the development goals for yourself and/or your team. I will share more about the Enneagram and we can determine if it is a good framework to utilize for your specific purpose.
Step 2:
Take a dynamic survey
For Enneagram facilitation, I will send you a custom link to the dynamic ieQ9 assessment, the world's most accurate Enneagram report. You will receive a detailed PDF report with your type, subtype, wings, development lines and more.
Step 3:
Debrief and grow
I will meet with you to debrief the ieQ9 report (time and depth dependent upon contracting). You will walk away knowing more about yourself and with specific, practical and actionable next steps for transformational development work.
